Open Gym: 

This class is tailored to the needs of the students present. Stretching, Warmups, Skills & Drills, Conditioning, and more are on the table.

CombatReady (Conditioning):

High Intensity Functional Strength Training purpose built for warriors - programmed sets, reps, work and rest periods take the guesswork out of building a healthy and powerful body. Prepare yourself for the unknown with CombatReady.

Skills & Drills:

Kickboxing and submission fighting, simple yet brutally effective... this class is where we develop and hone our craft.

PL/SD Hybrid:

Prime Lifts from conditioning and Skills & Drills are running concurrently, pick one or do both. Lift Heavy, Hit Hard.
